Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyzing and converting business specifications into detailed mapping document which consists of mapping of databases (Informix, Oracle and MySQL) fields to request/response attributes.
  • Responsible for creating application code in Java based on the system design documents and algorithms.
  • Configuring JDBC connection, Error/Exception handling, Logging Aspect using log4j, Authentication using Spring security.
  • Design and develop SQL queries and PL/SQL stored procedures/functions/triggers to retrieve data.
  • Write unit test cases using JUnit, Mockito, Power Mockito for the application code and scan and fix fortify vulnerabilities.
  • Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deployment of code to PCF UAT to perform end-end testing once QA gives sign off on system/functional, performance and load testing.
  • Prepare and present the demo to the users and make code production ready.
  • Providing production support, monitor and maintain the system throughout its lifecycle.
