Learning Transformation is a global initiative designed to modernize learning and drive a culture of lifelong learning. The "LxP (Learning Experience Platform) Business Analyst will capture system and process design requirements and translate these into the relevant documentation to support build, test and deployment activities.

The role will work within the Learning Technology and Strategy & Simplification Workstream within the larger Learning Transformation Programme.

  • Works with Learning Specialists across countries and business areas to define global system and business process requirements for the Learning Experience Platform.
  • Collaborates with Learning SMEs, Solution Architects and the Learning Technology Roadmap Lead to ensure that solution design is in line with the wider Learning Transformation Technology Roadmap proposals.
  • Ensures the end to end, and holistic user experience is being considered and factored into solution design. This includes defining the end state system integration requirements with the Core Learning platform (SABA Cloud) and other systems.
  • Works with the Test Team to help define test scope / scenarios and to support defect resolution escalations.
  • Supports the Training Lead to determine required Training materials to support the different stakeholder groups that will interact with the LxP solution.
  • Acts as a SME to help support / diagnose issues reported during the go-live Hypercare phase.
  • Assists with the design / scoping of the data migration (learning content) process.
  • Contributes to the Operating Model & Governance Workstream - providing input on role specifications and activity analysis associated with the new LxP solution.

Required Skills:

  • Business degree.
  • Business Analyst who has Learning Technology project experience.
  • Strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills, with experience of collaborating and sharing knowledge between diverse teams.
  • Excellent business engagement and acumen, with sensitivity to political/economic environment.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex information into business language.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Proven customer orientated focus.
  • Experience of working within Matrix project teams, including virtual working with teams across multiple regions.


Desired Skills:

  • LxP business analysis experience.
  • SABA experience.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Box and/or DocuSign.
  • Experience of working in a complex global organization.
