Qualifications:
5+ years of experience planning, designing and building complex web sites and applications
A bachelor s degree in a technical discipline
Working knowledge of various CMS systems
Strong conceptual development, wireframing, layout and illustration skills
Expert experience in HTML 5/CSS3/Javascript/Jquery/Ajax, PHP
Expert experience writing object oriented Javascript and DOM manipulation
Prior use of JSON & XML Processors
Java/J2EE development experience
WebService Development on Java framework
Prior experience in interactive, responsive and adaptive design principles
Ability to work in a team environment todevelop and implement design.
Works collaboratively with stakeholders to understand constraints and expectations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to guide and facilitate, and/or lead a development team through complex tasks
Independently possesses the ability tod iagnose complex situations into manageable parts.
Experience working in an Agile development methodology
Additional Qualifications (Bonus Points):
Previous experience working on small, focused development teams
Extensive experience with CMS systems including Drupal, Sling, Jackrabbit/Oak
Previous experience working in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe CQ, Adobe CQ5, Day CQ, Day CRX, Day Communique WCM experience
