Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assessment of current HCM processes and Workday environment
  • Recommend and implement changes with HCM tools and processes based on industry best practices
  • Work with both business and technical groups
  • Work with business partners on Workday roadmap
  • Design and develop solutions using the Workday Integration Tool Kit - Core Connectors, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, etc.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
  • Proven success with Workday implementations
  • In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Workday system configurations
  • Experience with cloud integrations
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Experience with JAVA and restful API programming
  • Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, WSDL, XML)
  • Knowledgeable with XSLT and XSLT editors
  • Deep knowledge of Workday security model
  • Experience working on a cross-functional HCM project in a global environment
  • Proven experience with managing projects and driving to completion
