Roles and Responsibilities:

  • More than 2 years experience in a Salesforce.com System Administrator role
    Salesforce.com certification in the following;

-Administration Essentials for New Admins (ADM-201)
-Strong scripting skills and proficiency with all essential platform configuration elements; Profiles, Permissions, Roles, Workflows, Process Builder etc. 

-Demonstrated high-level proficiency in using Excel & data analysis
-Experienced in requirements gathering, documenting
-Solid relationship & people management skills
-Comfortable managing multiple projects and cases simultaneously
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
-Mid-size to large company experience

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce CPQ
  • Eloqua
  • Channel model experience
  • Results oriented with an ability to lead and drive process change.
  • Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and a "roll-up the sleeves approach to accomplish all necessary tasks
