Product Administration Expertise Required: Customer Information System, strong WebLogic skills including deployments, configuration, log analysis and patching, MicroFocus COBOL, Automic/UC4 Operations Manager, Oracle Database, SQL Server Database, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, advanced *nix skills including navigating, files management (edit, copying) and scripting, Sun Solaris, Windows, Red Hat Linux



Technical Skills Required:

Position-Related Responsibilities:



Provides support for enterprise CIS infrastructure platforms and applications; works closely with IT Teams, business units, service providers and technology vendors to promptly resolve production incidents to maximize system availability.

Performs preventative maintenance for both the middle tier and application data. Examples include: monitor system health, file system maintenance, application data archive/purge and monitor logs for errors. Provides end user support such as problem triage, systems troubleshooting and repair.

Monitors and analyzes environment / application performance. Implements tuning affected by a large volume of transactions per minute. Measures performance and availability of the systems and takes appropriate actions to ensure that performance and availability meet established service levels.

Develops and documents Configuration Management and Change Management processes to improve the collaboration of IT teams relative to the management of change in the non-production and production environments

Installs and maintains control of custom code, patches and service packs in multiple environments.

Works with internal and external auditors to implement relevant regulatory controls including NERC CIP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) on IT infrastructure and security software. Remediates audit issues as necessary.

Manages security architecture and implementation of LDAP active directory for authentication and authorization of supported applications. Maintains LDAP/Active Directory configuration for supported applications.

Plans, designs, implements and administers enterprise server multi-tier software for our company and its subsidiaries ensuring integration between applications and flexible solutions that are cost-effective and scalable
