Job Description:
Certified Pega Business Architect with 5+ years experience, Experience in Life Sciences Industry will be a plus.
Experience with Pega systems software, frameworks, and functional design
Design and configure rules and flows
Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to use cases
To ensure that the documented use cases adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements
Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing
Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs
Own the requirements and provide requirements walkthrough to the technical team and provide timely clarifications
