Job Description:

Understand the project scope and functionality of the applications

Able to provide the Production Support and monitoring of the jobs in Production and NonProduction

Able to understand the code functional flow based on the documents available for the applications

Able to troubleshoot the issues quickly and provide the analysis to client Keep track the tickets in ServiceNow and update the status periodically

Able to fix the code for minor issues

Able to understand the release process and deployment process

Able to handle the enhancement work independently and help the team.

Should be strong in Phyton language, Dijango Framework and SQL Server. Preferred to have prior experience in XML, XSLT. Good to have Java and Spring Boot

Able to provide L2 support activities including monitoring Understand the SLA process for the incidents and problem tickets

Able to debug the code if necessary Follow coding standards and best practices to develop code and check code quality
