Job Description

Responsibilities:

    • Programming will be to support the PSC Web Site, the PACER Case Locator, public access and billing components of the CM/ECF and CM/ECF Next Generation applications, and other internal applications. Focus will be on secure development to ensure the program continues with its PCI compliance.
    • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, analysis, development, testing, support, and maintenance.
    • Develop and maintain software systems using C, Java, JSF, PrimeFaces, Perl, and/or Linux shell.
    • Develop secure web services utilizing standards such as SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSD, XML and/or JSON.
    • Independently and collaboratively design and create efficient software solutions.
    • Develop and maintain unit tests for new and existing software components.
    • Assist in the creation of use cases and test cases.
    • Participate in an Agile work environment including planning, retrospectives, demos and stand-ups.
    • Review, validate, and prepare functional requirements/design/system description documentation packages.
