Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary system administrator for the SFDC environment.

• Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes.

• Project manage all changes rolled out to SFDC ensuring that all users understand changes prior to rollout.

• Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within the SFDC environment.

• Maintain system security and integrity, with regard to all user information - this includes updates; adding/removing licenses; reassigning profile information; designing, creating and maintaining roles and hierarchies; monitoring usage/storage.

• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

 • Support with the procurement and implementation of third-party products.

• Create and maintain technical documentation to support new functionality or process enhancements

 • Assist in training of new users, and grow the SFDC skill set across Chainlaysis.

• Monitor and improve data quality.

Requirements: To be successful, you have experience in the following areas:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.

• A passion for building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform

 • Comfort working in a Lightning environment, with an understanding of how to leverage its benefits and overcome its challenges.

• In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application architecture coupled with a good understanding around the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.).

• Salesforce.com certifications are highly preferred.

• Bonus if you have experience with Marketo.

• Highly organized but willing to adjust direction when necessary.

• High sense of urgency and goal orientation (thrives in fast paced environment).

• Exceptional communication skills including ability to take an independent stance when interfacing with cross functional stakeholders, while maintaining their respect and confidence.
