Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a small agile team to deploy, test, and maintain s cloud and edge-based solutions.
  • Provide ticket triage and issue troubleshooting (product misconfiguration) on an as needed basis
  • Develop SQL stored procedures and scripts for client deployments.
  • Preparing documentation on the process.
  • Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with best practices.
  • Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
  • Package and support deployment of releases.
  • Developing, refining, and tuning integrations.
  • Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
  • Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions.
  • Providing support to operations on an as needed basis.
