Job Description
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Understanding Automation Anywhere, Blueprism, UIPath, or Workfusion;
  • Understanding Enterprise-wide RPA implementations, including operational support. Helpful to understand strategy design, business case development, governance and risk;
  • Understanding economics of an RPA ecosystem, including licensing arrangements and various deployment models;
  • Designing interactive visual interfaces and dashboards;
  • Coordinates major deliverables with external vendors, when applicable. May serve as liaison between business sponsor and vendor for requests, changes, and incidents;
  • Participates in creation of documentation for training and operational support.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Three years of systems related or technical support experience.
