Responsibilities:
Lead multiple cross functional Agile teams on various projects
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Actively remove impediments that block progress for the Release Train to support scrum team delivery
Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Partner and collaborate with team stakeholders, vendors and dependent teams
Lead increment planning sessions to establish scope and build release plans
Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases
Champion and foster project change management processes and procedures
Foster team accountability while ensuring continual flow of high-quality value from the Release
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university
Experience leading and/or supporting intelligent automation, Data Science or RPA (Robotic Process Automation), intelligent agent or Artificial intelligence systems
Innovative self-starter with a passion.
Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with AI and Advanced analytics teams and project
Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
