Job Description

We have a client that is looking for a Project Manager for a long-term assignment.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Workday solution at Customer through several key project deliverables (e.g., charter, project/staffing plan, issue logs, etc.).

Will work with the project team to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success, manage the budget and deliver a profitable project.

The Project Manager is needed to provide implementation, business process, and HCM product expertise to their engagements.

Responsibilties:

Ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, managed and delivered

Work with the Workday Delivery Assurance group to ensure compliance with agreed to project checkpoints

Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on implementations

Strong functional HR domain expertise including areas such as core HR, recruitment, talent management, absence management and learning and development.
