Client is a large, global systems integrator which has implemented a data lake on the AWS cloud platform to collect information from their ITSM platform (Service Now) to include but not limited to event, configuration and system/application logs.

The Client is seeking a Visualization developer to create visualizations and dashboards and Perform analysis of the data identifying events that can trigger automated actions utilizing Jaspersoft BI

  • AWS staff consultant L5
  • Must have extensive knowledge of AWS services commonly used for data lakes (EMR, S3, Redshift)
  • SQL programming skills and a solid understanding of databases
  • Must have knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) framework
  • Must be able to work independently on multiple concurrent tasks in a highly dynamic environment with strong customer service skills, teaming skills and the ability to collaborate within a cross functional team.
