Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
 

Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues

  • Coordinate root cause analysis efforts for permanent resolution
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on issue resolution
  • Work with the Development team to understand the new functionality being deployed and ensure all support readiness requirements are met
  • Work with on/offshore production support team handling incident and problem tickets
  • Ensure overall organizational support goals are met (i.e. SLA, incident/problem reduction, application availability)
  • Ability to adjust both written and oral communications to a variety of different audiences
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks
 
Required Qualifications:
 

4+ years of API development, Restfull APIs specifically

  • 3+ years of experience with Mulesoft
  • 3+ years working with Relational databases, SQL and/or Hibernate
  • 2+ years in the financial services industry
