Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, gather, document, and communicate requirements on projects.
  • Perform analysis on large sets of data.
  • Document current and future process flows by working with the stakeholders.
  • Leverage Business Analysis process and context within IT to enable communication/negotiation with others on efforts.
  • Create ad hoc and monthly reports.
  • Gather information for the newsletter.

Skills:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools - PowerPoint, Visio, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Graphs, Macros), Project.
  • Strong organizational skills - able to manage multiple work streams, keep track of open items, develop schedule.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse team of resources.
  • Prior experience in Security or IT plus
