Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Determine users’ operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats, writing specifications, and studying system capabilities
  • Work with the designer to construct workflow charts and diagrams, and wireframe prototypes
  • Communicate with clients in multiple forms, including using visual images
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
  • Work with the team to validate resource requirements, create timelines, and develop accurate cost estimate models
  • Perform scheduled reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Suggest changes using analytics to support your recommendations; actively participate in the design and implementation of approved changes
  • Create informative and actionable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and requirements, and opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting system issues, and document details to be communicated to development staff
