Job Description

Summary:

Develop, enhance, supports, and maintains software application based in the AWS cloud, with Java, Javascript using tools from Atlassian such as Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket and a Neptune based graph database for high performance. Heterogeneous skillset including .Net stack is essential to the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enable the organization with the construction of highly scale and flexible graph and data visualization analysis tools, which discover hidden patterns, complex relationships, illustrate trends from large and diverse data sets. • Model-based systems engineering and diagram automation are at the heart of the digital transformation. • Considerations should be given to network topologies, architecture and models, schematics and maps, dependencies, flows and processes. • Contribute to the development, support and testing, functional, performance, security related to the development of proprietary mission critical application suite. • Deliver customer value in the form of stable, predictable, and complete application development programs. • Hands-on database development architecture implementation, connectivity deployment, monitoring and support. • Assist in the development, implementation and oversight of a comprehensive information management department that ensures USX is compliant with regulatory and legal requirements. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education • Bachelor s degree in the field of computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience required. Experience • Minimum of 3+ years in in system design and development process, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management. • Experience in the transportation industry a plus. Skills/Certifications • Ability to effectively guide, lead and develop technical employees, promoting team relationship skills. • Strong problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills with the ability to analyze technical and business needs.
