Job Description - Details: Support requirement workshops, help define the problem statement, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, implement deployment plan, and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Must Have Skills:
Mandatory to have expertise in following PBM Functions - Eligibility, Claims processing, Utilization Management, Manufacturer Rebate Management, Formulary development, Therapeutic substitution and Pharmacy Network management.
Experience with Organizing Scrum Ceremony, Maintaining Product backlog, Sprint backlog, Release backlog, Sprint Burn down and generate Burn up charts.
Experience with story point planning poker activity and User story point assignment process.
Experience in following tools - iTrace, Rational Requisite Pro, JIRA , ALM, Quality Center, Data-warehouse design & SharePoint
