Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and at least one other functional area: Benefits, Leave Management, Compensation or Talent.
  • Solid project management skills that will help you track upcoming, ongoing, and past work product.
  • You are currently looking to take ownership of a system rather than handing off the solution to the client at the end.
  • You can understand shifting priorities, can navigate through ambiguous situations, and can juggle multiple and varied projects simultaneously.
  • You communicate in written, verbal, social methods effectively, gear messaging towards the target audience and employ strong negotiation and consensus skills as needed.
  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university.
