Solidus is searching for a Junior Level Software Eng/Simulation Eng for duties primarily related to design and development of a high performance modeling and simulation. Experience with C++ and JAVA required. 

\n 

\nResponsibilities: 

\n- Work with a group that develops advanced technology, assimilates innovative concepts, and fields mission focused systems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and intelligence communities 

\n- Create new simulation models using established and new modeling techniques 

\n- Design, develop, code, integrate and test simulation software to meet requirements. 

\n 

\nRequirements: 

\n- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance 

\n- A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Applied Math/Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar 

\n- Familiarity with enterprise network software technologies; Publish/Subscribe, Database Management, XML, ActiveMQ, and Apache. 

\n- Understanding of software design/development principles, the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and software debugging techniques 

\n- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

\n- Candidate should be a fast learner with strong analysis and problem-solving skills 

\n- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and change focus quickly when required
