Job Description

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of four to five years of experience as a data analyst in a technical data analyst role
  • Experience in (and knowledge of) Agile SCRUM (and preferably Kanban) practices
  • Must be able to communicate and describe their process for breaking down epics, acceptance criteria for cards, 3 amigos and helping the team size and break down work.
  • Experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting data and software development project requirements
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • JIRA skills
  • Strong SQL skills for manipulating data and for queries from relational databases
  • User Interface and back-end data warehouse experience
  • Ability to analyze business needs to determine technical requirements and communicate with engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Data warehouse concepts, schemas, relational and dimensional data models.
  • Organization skills to understand project status, answer support questions, and handle multiple priorities and requests.
  • Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) requirements methods
