Job Description

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2-3 years of SQL Programming/Coding experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerShell preferred but not required 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Write/create/edit SQL queries to create reports as requested by customers and internal staff
  • Review SQL queries for opportunities to optimize performance
  • Automate and optimize SQL-based processes through Stored Procedures, Triggers, and Indexes
  • Respond to SQL database error conditions
  • Write/create SQL database triggers for automation
  • Work with managed hosting SQL database administration support staff as needed
  • Document SQL databases and queries
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills

OPTIONAL SKILLS

  • Write/create PowerShell queries to automated recurring processes
  • Review PowerShell code for opportunities to optimize performance

EDUCATION

  • Associate s and Bachelor s degree is preferred; applicable experience is acceptable
