A day in the life…

  • Leads promotion & benefit implementation design, build, test and deployment in agile project cycle in collaboration with our team & key stakeholders
  • Manage systems changes across internal and external teams, ensuring quality and acting as gatekeeper of change control
  • Effectively communicates by articulating messages in a way that is easily understood and can adjust content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Performs root cause analysis to quantify impact and identify permanent resolutions to application or business process issues
  • Performs foundational maintenance and sustainment processes
  • Creates and maintains documentation needed in support of system requirements, designs, test, functionality, etc.
  • Manages medium to large sustainment & optimization projects

You own this if you have...

  • 5+ years business analyst or related experience; business, project and/or process engineering (combined business, system development and implementation)
  • 5+ years professional experience in software delivery and configuration
  • Expertise writing business requirements and process documentation
  • Understanding of software development principals and methodologies
  • Expertise in project management principles and methodologies
  • Understanding of how to query and structure data to assist with data driven decisions and troubleshooting
  • Ability to problem-solve and complete root cause analysis
  • Ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams ranging from Engineering to Business and End Users
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
