- Handle analysis and review of business, technical, and functional specifications
- Craft comprehensive user stories and profiles
- Partner with development team to invent and assess product requirements to meet business goals
- Partner with development and QA teams to evaluate and enact new corrections and improvements
- Partner with designers on wire-frames, interactions, and user flows
- Develop innovative and accessible solutions for new product specifications
- Produce documentation for software solutions, using a customer-focused approach- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience integrating with API backends
- Solid grasp of developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications
- Knowledge on usability and application performance considerations
- Solid understanding of Agile project management
