Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Quality Assurance specialist defines and delivers quality assurance support for an assessment operations team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Facilitation and execution of the overall quality assurance strategy and activities for the team. 

- Understanding the current and future vision of the assessment initiative / quality assurance objectives. 

- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance within the function to ensure quality goals are consistently achieved across the program. 

- Direct interaction with LOB stakeholders and leads in support of the assessment process, quality assurance activities, engagement requirements, and timelines. 

- Ability to work across the program to ensure the overall assessment process is aligned to meet internal bank policy and Laws - Rules - Regulatory requirements. 

- Continuous identification and execution of risk reduction processes. 




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 


- Familiarity with IT security, risk management, and quality practices. 

- Strong analytical/problem solving/conceptual thinking skills. 

- Experience working with global and/or virtual teams. 

- Ability to clearly communicate technical and business issues and solutions succinctly and effectively to business or technical staff across organizational layers. 

- Superb interpersonal and influencing skills. 

- A -team first- mindset and strong collaborative skills. 

- Ability to: anticipate likely changes and recommend appropriate modifications to process; consistently demonstrate initiative; and exhibit a willingness to take ownership of a given task/effort. 

- Excellent organizational skills; able to handle multiple workstreams at a time and respond to rapidly changing demands.
