Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Plan, lead, and act as lead implementer on projects to implement ERP systems 

* Plan and lead projects to implement integrations between ERP systems and other systems 

* Elicit and document end user needs through in-person project intake meetings. Develop detailed specifications and requirements documents based off these needs. Identify and analyze business needs related to ERP systems 

* Build strong relationships with non-IT staff and validate the ERP solutions with business stakeholders. 

* Manage application selection and implementation projects using project management software, project plans, regular status reports, and regular meetings/calls 

* Create application test plans and lead the execution of them 

* Build strong relationships with ERP vendors and implementers 

* Train end users on ERP-related applications at levels appropriate to department and individual needs via in-person classroom setting and remote web conference by developing training content and presenting it 

* Document procedures for software usage by end users and support by IT staff using step-by-step instructions and workflow diagrams 

* Document clear and thorough business cases to help the organization decide whether to proceed with a project 

* Create custom reports using report builder tools 

* Assume other related responsibilities and special projects as required? Manage, support, and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Core Financial and Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Budgeting and Forecasting), Human Capital Management (HCM), Travel and Expense management, Real Estate accounting, Job Cost management 

* Plan and lead projects to select ERP systems and modules. Recommend software solutions to business problems by leading application selection projects, searching for solutions, building vendor relationships, evaluating options, evaluating build vs buy decisions, coordinating and scripting product demonstrations, and facilitating a team decision 

* Plan, lead, and act as lead implementer on projects to implement ERP systems
