Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and coordinate technical delivery within the squad, building, fostering, and maintaining leading edge engineering practices
* Oversee the design and implementation for the overall architecture of the solution
* Work with the squad to implement a robust set of services and APIs to power digital products
* Identify business requirements and translate user stories into tasks for a plan of action within the squad
* Oversee the development of reusable code and libraries for future use
* Work with the squad and business users to optimize the application for maximum speed, security, and scalability
* Act as a thought partner to the Product Manager in all critical product vision and strategy related decisions
* Coordinate with the UX Designer to translate UI/UX elements from designer to developed visual elements
* Provide key input on backlog, balancing between end user features, technical debt and building reliability, availability, scalability & maintainability into the platform
