Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of testing works cross flows and functionalities on the financial platform
  • Interact with the development team to design the test plan and test scenarios for critical deliveries
  • Coordinate between development team and QA team in both test planning phase and active testing cycle
  • Review test scenarios / test cases prepared by the QA team for functional testing, system integration testing
  • Perform functional, performance, other types of tests and impact analysis as determined in the test planning process.
  • Responsible for testing scenario sign-offs and test result sign-offs

Required Skills:

  • Test planning skill, requirements analysis, test scenarios design
  • Hands-on SQL skill and basic technical troubleshooting skill
  • Experience with defect reporting and tracking tools such as JIRA
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiar with different methodologies (waterfall, agile)
  • Strong analytical skill and data driven thinking
  • Highly self-motivated and detail orientated person
Desired Skills:
  • Working knowledge of Python, NoSQL, Java
  • Knowledge of Windows/ Linux platforms
  • Knowledge of automation testing techniques
  • Experience managing staff / vendors in global team
