Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our UX Designer, Product Management, and Engineering team members
  • Participate in product and user research
  • Understand personas and scenarios
  • Creating wireframes, interactive mockups, and prototypes
  • Demonstrate and explain designs to peers and stakeholders
  • Help establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs

Requirements

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivating and self-managing traits
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to effectively apply information architecture principles
  • Strong layout and visual design skills
  • Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles
  • Experience using Adobe XD or similar prototyping/wireframing tools
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
  • Nice-to-have: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
