Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and analysis to define the most impactful data to use
  • Build, drive and implement vision and processes for utilizing data to improve sales go-to-market strategy and success
  • Influence stakeholders and leadership across the business by assisting with the delivery of a simple to understand, yet impactful strategy, based on data and analysis
  • Drive alignment with Distribution, Services, Marketing, BI, and Customer Experience teams to build unified client retention processes around key data pillars
  • Partner with various leaders and data experts to determine optimal data focus areas
  • Build, track and monitor KPIs for the program, providing regular updates to Senior Leadership
  • Drive creation of reports, data accuracy, and additional analysis needed to validate key data points for success
  • Provide regular and timely communication of program status and progress towards goals
