Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS :


* Proven skills in customer relationship management, backend functionality (knowledge of data analysis and metadata taxonomy, features & functionality for media ingestion, transcoding, transformation, and distribution)(if don't have, can be learned) and user experience.
* Superior analytical skills, ability to translate business and functional requirements into actionable user stories.
* Experience configuring off-the-shelf software to support business needs including setting up of rules and variables.
* Proficient with structured analysis, including process flow definition, and data flow diagramming.
* Able to understand customer workflows and how systems are used in support of their workflows.
* Can do integration testing, including development of test plans, test cases, and documentation of results.
* Strong hands-on Agile and Kanban experience
* Strong communication skills, including creation of project documentation and presentation materials
* Comfortable presenting to business and technical audiences.
* Takes ownership of functional issues by identifying underlying problems, analyzing potential solutions, and implementing resolutions, including workarounds.
* Should have experience supporting multiple business units in a functional capacity across all project phases.
