Job Description
 Responsibilities:
  • Interview Subject Matter Experts (SME) and business managers concerning their business processes, procedures, technical environment and goals and works with them to assess and qualify business process automation potential.
  • Partners with solution architecture and application teams to develop use cases or scenarios that define the desired output or expected results.
  • Partners closely with other operational excellence disciplines such as continuous improvement and business process outsourcing to coordinate improvement efforts and maximize improvements.
  • Interprets and synthesizes information from business contacts and independent research and offers recommendations on how to address issues, considering technical and business process impacts.
  • Determines variance between business needs and current offerings/processes and works with others to recommend efficient and effective long-term solutions for addressing gaps.
  • Evaluates business process flow models to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
  • Researches emerging automation offerings to continually build knowledge of industry products, business processes and best practices.
  • Leads group discussions such as demos, user meetings, test team meetings, feedback sessions, focus groups and orientations.
