Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and solve business challenges and opportunities via data and analysis 
  • Select internal and external data sources and analytic tools to maximize efficacy of modeling, 
  • analysis, and monitoring 
  • Recruit and lead credit, data, and analytics professionals to support the growth of a large scale FinTech 
  • Build predictive credit risk, marketing, and finance models with regression, machine learning, and other 
  • methodologies with structured and unstructured data Design experiments to maximize learning and structure monitoring to reduce time to market

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • MBA degree/ MS Finance Strong understanding of Quantitative Financial Analysis 
  • Ability to understand profit implications of complex risk concepts 
  • Adept at data processing and modeling with previous experience taking quantitative models to production 
  • Machine Learning/AI experience
