Job Description:
• Develop Spark or Python to support the data warehouse or the Ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Apache Oozie, etc.)
• Develop cloud native solutions with AWS services such as (EMR, EKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch etc.)
• Build monitoring and alerting mechanisms for data pipelines
• Develop data products incrementally and integrating and managing datasets from multiple sources
• Build flexible data APIs that support the ingestion or the consumption needs of the data lake.
• Hands on development experience in AWS services EMR, S3, Snowflake, PySpark.
• Experience in developing Metadata/Configuration based re-usable framework/code generation module
• Lead conversations around how we can derive more value out of our data and enable operational excellence.
• Maintain the current pipeline and work closely with our DevOps team.
• Debug issues as they arise.
• Ability to understand the business processes and create process flow/Low Level Design/Source to Target Mapping documents.
• Engage in Deployment activities/Run Book/KT document preparation.
