Job Description

Responsibilities:

Business Development Team Support:

Support efforts with all new business development initiatives deemed vital by Sr. Manager Sales Operations & CSO- specific to industry, client, and prospect research as requested.

Coordinate with he team on review/delegation of weekly WebForensics reporting to team

Keep track of all SF updates- assuring Sales Team is updating the system/opportunities on a daily and weekly basis.

Support Sr. Mngr of Business Development on new RFP opportunities (as needed) -specific to securing internal bandwidth/team for kick offs, developing internal timelines, scheduling/taking notes on internal calls, updating Live RFP tracker report, and developing capabilities deck/pulling case studies as needed.

Take lead/full responsibility of updating the following reports on a daily/monthly basis: Executive Business Development

Operations Report (daily updates/take lead on updates), Live Tracker Report (shared responsibility with fellow BD coordinator), and YTD Report (updated monthly- collaborative effort between team/take lead on submission)

Oversee/Manager all new vendor implementations, research, and invoicing as needed.
