Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Track and monitor progress, create project schedules, oversee status meetings, route projects, and organize job files
  • Lead an efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments 
  • Assist in the organizing and handling of materials so that the elements necessary to complete a project are delivered with defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraintsProject Manager 

Required

  • Ability to exercise independent discretion and act on it 
  • Must have experience with Workamajig or a similar PM software (Basecamp and Asana are close) 
  • Not afraid to speak up, keep process moving, learn how current project manager manages things and keep process running smoothly 
  • Previous experience in a project management or traffic coordinator position is required 
  • Attention to detail and time management is critical
