Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • This position will work closely with Hydrocarbon Logistics internal business partners to perform various levels of business analysis, application integration, testing, and implementation deployments.
  • Duties will include system upgrades, working with external vendors and other IT team members through the testing and deployment process of applications that are used in distributed field locations, such as fuel terminals and pipeline stations throughout the US and also applications used within the corporate headquarters.
  • This is primarily an IT Business Analyst role, but it is beneficial to have some technical background as well.
  • Skills with SQL Server queries, report creation, and application troubleshooting/support will be needed as well.
  •  Day-to-day application support is also an expectation of this role.

 Job Requirements:

  •  Strong written and verbal communication
  •  Professionalism, initiative and interpersonal skills
  •  Problem solving, critical thinking and ability to quickly learn new business processes and systems
  •  Experience supporting IT systems; Oil & Gas industry and/or logistics process knowledge a plus
