Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and ensure accuracy of appropriate training and supporting documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, etc.) to execute processes.
  • Manage and analyze workflow data requests for compliance, accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute data entry in key systems and monitor the end to end data management process.
  • Ensure individual lead-time service levels are achieved while maintaining data integrity and advise supervisor of potential challenges.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing cycles for any system and/or data changes and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Support key business initiatives by executing data remediation when appropriate, and providing feedback.
  • Extract and organize data producing organization KPI's.
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and suggest data resolution.

Skills:

  • 2 years of experience preferably with supply chain and or enterprise data applications that engages business specific organizations, functions and business support systems (manufacturing, regulatory, commercial, quality etc.).
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working within a global and culturally diverse organization.
  • Able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Accurately identify and summarize trends and data patterns.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, procedures, business rules and consistently apply to data execution.
