Job Description


Required Skills/Attributes :

  • 2 plus years Data Engineering-related experience, specifically with building and maintaining data pipelines
  • Solid experience with large RDBMS systems (T-SQL preferred)
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn Hadoop and AWS technologies
  • Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse design and implementation best practices
  • Exposure to ETL and data integration processes

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Previous Experience

Mattersight is looking for candidates with at least 2 plus years of work experience in a Data Engineering role working with data pipelines, relational databases, and/or data warehousing systems. Evidence of strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with ETL applications and data modeling/UML software is helpful.
