Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Minimum of Five (5) years of experience leading and/or managing application development efforts with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity. 

  • Minimum of Five(5) years of experience with SQL Server 

  • Excellent skills and considerable experience in interpersonal relationships including managing, motivation, mentoring and setting policies for technical staff is required. 

  • Experience in managing both onshore and offshore development teams to produce high quality deliverables 

  • Experience in DevOps (CI/CD) process and automation tools, e.g. TFS, MSBuild, PowerShell, etc. 

  • Technical thought leadership, strong analytical skills and passion to learn new technologies that may enable/improve business 

  • Experience in production debugging, root cause analysis and performance tuning 

  • Highly developed skills in written and verbal communications, ability to work in high pressure production environments, manage to budget, manage to schedule and ability to working with senior management are required. 

  • Fluent in C#.Net/ ASP.NET 

  • Strong skills with SSRS, SSIS, HTML/CSS/REST API/JavaScript/Angular 

  • Strong knowledge of ORM frameworks 

  • Knowledgeable with functional testing and performance testing tools, e.g. Selenium, Ranorex, Visual Studio Load Test, etc. 

  • Knowledge of Design Patterns and Best Practices 

  • Strong OO skills and applied knowledge of software design patterns 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in system analysis, programming, project implementations and a senior developer role is required.
