Develop new application functionality and maintain existing products.
Provide enterprise level Tier 3 technical support to our customers.
Communicates well with others in a collaborative technology team environment, as well as business and non-technical staff and customers.
Assist in staff training and technical audits.
Candidate should have good attention to detail, be able focus on task completion and deadlines, have a strong analytical ability and be detail oriented.
Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change in business goals.
