Job Description

Job Responsibilities/Duties 

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for creating the bridge between the Industrial Hygiene (IH) Department and Business and Information Technology group. Responsible for supporting the information systems and services that are critical to the Industrial Hygiene program management. Assists the IH line organizations with their initiatives by clarifying initial business requirements, providing consultation for alternative solutions, coordinating inter-team activities, participating in issues resolution determination, and facilitating meetings and collaboration between the Industrial Hygiene and Information Technology (IT). 

  • Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements as they pertain to changes in business requirements, processes and information systems.
  • Cultivate business relationships as it pertains to improving and/or advancing business and operations processes through the delivery of information technology and services throughout the organization.
  • Understand the business strategy and work with IT strategic planning and architecture groups to identify technologies that will improve and enhance business goals.
  • Conducts technical implementation, configuration, monitoring, audit, administration and support.J
