Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Workday HCM Core and Workday Payroll certification is required for this position
  • Minimum of two to three (2-3) years experience implementing Workday HCM and Payroll solution as a Workday Lead/Solution Architect
  • Extensive experience as a functional lead in at least 3 disciplines: Human Resources, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruitment
  • Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
  • Experience re-engineering HR business processes
  • Experience in preparing materials and leading Delivery Assurance reviews
  • Experiencing developing functional business integration requirements
  • Experience with 3rd party integration providers
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) and MS Office Skills
  • Experience with Workday calculated fields
  • SHRM, CEBS and/or CPP certification a plus
