Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides employee performance reporting to Manager I Contact Centers (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Provides department performance reporting to Manager I Contact Centers (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Partner with Brand Support leads to develop brand specific reporting for customer inquiry trends
  • Trend Analysis to support resource needs, performance metrics and proactive call volume forecasting. Provide analysis around contacts for brands guiding decisions on customer service driven initiatives. Work Closely with the Facility Leaders, and the Brand support leads to provide detail report on preplanned reports, as well as ad hoc reporting.
  • Projections from a different prospective
  • Monitor customer inquiry activity to identify opportunities/trends. Escalates as necessary with appropriate business leaders
  • Analyzes current business procedures & processes to determine business need for update/improvement Requirements Basic Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Advance Excel and Reporting tools and Software
  • Ability to Partner and Collaborate with other team members
