Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and document requirements from data owners and other key business stakeholders
Profile and analyze enterprise data to develop insights and enable requirements gathering
Translate business requirements into written documentation (including business requirements, functional requirements, data flows, and process diagrams)
Gather information to develop domain data dictionaries and define standards and rules to ensure enterprise data is compliant with defined quality requirements within their assigned domain
Establish relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to validate and approve data requirements and business rules
Perform in depth analysis of the data quality issues to facilitate their remediation, define rules and controls to proactively monitor the quality of data
Define test cases, perform the user acceptance testing liaising with the test manager , QA and development throughout the release process

Role requirements
Business analysis and data wrangling (transforming and mapping) experience
Solid knowledge of data management principles and processes
Hands on knowledge of data analysis, data profiling with SQL, IDQ or any other tools
Experience with data root cause analysis and cross functional resolution of data issues
Ability to break down complex problems into components, identify root causes, and establish resolution plans
5+ years of data analyst experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts
Ability to adapt to change and to detect and respond to evolving business needs
Analytical and logical
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and creatively as well as within a team
Team player, collaborative and inclusive
