Job Description

Position Requirements:

    • BA, BS or equivalent job experience
    • 1-2 years  experience in an IT infrastructure support position in a large scale environment.
    • Technical certification is desirable.
    • Basic understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX, etc.) and technical platforms (Networks, Firewalls, Storage, Virtualization, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts and systems including Routing and Switching, Cisco, HP & F5 network devices, VoIP, WLANs.
    • AWS cloud computing and Google cloud platform experience is a plus.
    • Analyst must have good communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Must be able to respond well to problems or challenges under pressure.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Is self-motivated, ability to multi-task in enterprise environment
    • Requires excellent phone skills.

      Knowledge of the following tools is a plus:

      Tivoli ITNM, SolarWinds, NetQos, ServiceNow
