*Proven effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
*Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
*Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
*Proven effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
*Implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in one or more phases of the SDLC
*Working with business users to gather requirements, writing functional and technical specifications and communicating technical requirements
*Must be able to maintain required Top Secret Clearance for this role
