Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

1. Articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives, demonstrating a deep understanding of Campaign workflow and design, proficiency in implementing enterprise software, SQL development, ETL, scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred), and XML

2. Advise client on best practice design and configuration of Adobe

3. Complete discovery with client for business requirements

4. Drafts Solution Design Documents

5. Helps design and orchestrate primary campaigns

6. Provide best practice implementation and configuration of campaign workflows

7. Create implementation plan and perform implementation of Adobe Campaign

8. Consult and make recommendations in regards to Adobe Campaign technical implementations

9. Understand data specifications, data orchestration and ensure all data is available for campaigns

10. Consult clients on mapping data feeds to the Adobe Campaign recipient tables

11. Effectively communicate with all levels of client and project team to support technical knowledge, issues, and questions

12. Proactively identify and resolve problems from design through implementation of Adobe Campaign
